Returns

Our return policy is valid for a period of 7 days after the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, then we cannot offer a refund.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are specific circumstances where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by us.

- Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm that your returned item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If we suspect that an item has been worn, other than for trying it on, we will not accept the return and will return the item to you. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund after 2-10 business days, please first verify with your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, get in touch with your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is posted. Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not facilitate exchanges select items. You can return your order for a full refund and place a new order after. Please make sure to verify with the size chart provided for each product before purchasing.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for return address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
